History
Venue Entertainment, LLC was developed during a heated conflict on the campus of Washington State University in 2007, developed over many of years. During this time, officials were enforcing new regulations to crackdown on out of control partying. While on the other side, students were battling to keep their cultural identity and nightlife events enacted. Our company was born out of necessity, and took the stance of offering students the events they wanted, but with a strong consideration for the community’s needs as well. We were able to create event for student as an alternative to them doing their own.
We worked with local business owners (including bars, clubs and community centers), the Pullman Chamber of Commerce, college lawyers, the local Liquor Control Board, professors and local vendors to pool from everyone’s expertise in order to get started. This is how we reached out to the community and was able to do events no one else could effectively do alone. In our first year, we produced our; DJ Battle Live!, Celebrity 90’s Party, Rockstar® Sponsored Christmas Party, LCA Haunted House, Make-A-Wish® Charity Foam Party, Rhythm of Culture with DJ Precision and E-Drid CD Launch Party — just to name a few. It turned out being a solid proof of concept for our company today.
These days, our company continues to focus on providing events to serve the needs of the community; as well as advance young adults entertainment experiences. We are on the verge of making a difference in our industry by offering events to the public that will reflect the changes in the environment. Instead of continue down the road of doing events that are strictly mainstream, we are committed to doing progressive, unique events that will shape the future, and not just reflect the past.
